Lightwire provides 24/7 network monitoring by our on-call engineering team. This applies to critical network or site-level faults (such as those affecting radio towers or infrastructure impacting multiple customers).
Where required, our on-call field technician team are dispatched outside of business hours to restore service at these sites.

 

Individual Customer Support

24/7 monitoring applies to business-grade connections with extended support.

Standard residential services are not monitored 24/7 — general customer enquiries, troubleshooting, and account support are handled during business hours.
